Spices of Jerusalem is a structured culinary arts and lifestyle education program that supports functional wellbeing, routine-building, and positive daily habits through food, culture, gentle movement, and guided group participation. The program is allied health–informed and capacity-building focused, providing practical skill development and supported community engagement in a safe, predictable environment (education and participation support only).
